When you purchase an insurance policy from us we will send you the following documents, by email, appropriate to the cover you have purchased. These documents will also be accessible in our customer portal (except for impound policies).
Certificate of motor insurance
This is the document that proves you have cover:
- Policy number
- Start and end dates/times
- Policyholder(s) and the insured vehicle
- Limitations of use
Policy schedule
- Price paid for your insurance policy
- Excess(es) applicable
- Endorsements (an endorsement is a restriction or additional requirement under your policy)
Statement of fact
Summary of information provided by you in the application process and any assumptions we have made about you and the vehicle insured
Policy booklet
Detailed legal document covering:
- What to do if you need to make a claim
- Definitions
- Details, scope, exclusions and conditions of your cover. Your policy schedule may have additional endorsements (an endorsement is a restriction or additional requirement under your policy) on what sections in the policy booklet apply to your policy

Insurance Product Information Document (IPID)
